The location of the hotel was great, with many attractions nearby. The staff was very friendly and recommended a fun garden tour with a BBQ experience. One of the best things about the hotel was having access to a natural hot spring in the river, which was a unique and relaxing experience.

There weren't many negative aspects about this hotel. The only issue was that we had some difficulty communicating with the staff due to language barriers, but they tried their best to accommodate us.

Although the hotel provided excellent service, the breakfast could have had a wider selection to cater to different dietary needs.
